Website and booking terms for Sofie's Castle inflatable rental requests in Ontario.

Overview

This website is operated by Sofie's Castle. The words we, us, and our refer to Sofie's Castle.
By using this website, submitting a booking request, or communicating with us about a rental, you agree to these Terms of Service and any booking-specific terms confirmed in writing.
If a confirmed booking agreement, invoice, waiver, or written quote conflicts with this page, the booking-specific document controls for that rental.

You may use this website to browse rental information, view downloads, check booked dates, and submit booking requests.
You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, interfere with site security, copy site content without permission, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
We may update, suspend, or remove any part of the website at any time.

Submitting a request does not automatically reserve a rental.
A booking is only confirmed after Sofie's Castle reviews availability, service area, surface, power, access, weather considerations, rental selection, pricing, deposit, and any required waiver or agreement.
We may decline a booking request if the rental is unavailable, the location is outside a practical service area, the setup conditions are unsafe, or the requested use is unsuitable.

Published prices are intended to help customers understand the starting cost of rentals and common service options.
Final pricing may depend on rental choice, event date, service address, delivery route, setup/takedown needs, rental duration, taxes, and add-ons.
If we provide a written quote or estimate, we will use that quote as the basis for the booking unless both sides agree to a change.

You are responsible for providing accurate event details, including name, contact information, address or postal code, event date, event time, surface type, power availability, access notes, and selected rental.
Adult supervision is required at all times while an inflatable or rental item is in use.
You must follow all setup, use, safety, capacity, age, weather, and shutdown instructions provided by Sofie's Castle.
You are responsible for preventing unsafe use, overcrowding, rough play, food, drinks, sharp objects, pets, shoes, confetti, face paint, silly string, or other items that may damage or stain equipment unless approved in writing.

Safety comes first. Sofie's Castle may refuse setup, pause use, cancel, or reschedule if weather, wind, ground conditions, access, power, space, or supervision creates a safety concern.
Outdoor rentals may be affected by rain, lightning, high winds, poor drainage, storms, or unsafe surface conditions.
Customers must provide a suitable setup area and access unless Sofie's Castle confirms other arrangements in writing.

A $100 refundable deposit is currently required to secure a confirmed booking unless a written booking confirmation says otherwise.
The balance, delivery/setup fee, taxes, and any other approved charges are due as stated in the booking confirmation.
Deposits may be reduced or withheld for unpaid balances, missing equipment, damage, excessive cleaning, unsafe use, late return caused by the customer, or violation of rental terms.
Customers are responsible for loss or damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized movement, improper supervision, or failure to follow instructions.

The website may use third-party services for hosting, forms, email, calendar availability, analytics, maps, social media, or payment processing.
We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that are not controlled by Sofie's Castle.

The Sofie's Castle name, logo, website text, photos, graphics, page layout, and downloads are owned by Sofie's Castle or used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or reuse site content for commercial purposes without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sofie's Castle is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from website use, booking requests, unavailable rentals, weather impacts, or customer misuse of rental equipment.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms and any related website use are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
